A Frontiers Records lançará Angels of the Apocalypse, o segundo álbum do Timo Tolkki’s Avalon, em 16 de maio na Europa e quatro dias depois na América do Norte. Sucessor de The Land of New Hope (2013), o trabalho teve suas gravações realizadas no East Sound Studio, em Helsinque, Finlândia.
O vídeo oficial para o primeiro single do CD, a faixa “Design the Century”, está disponível ao final do texto. Com a participação da vocalista Floor Jansen (Nightwish, ReVamp, ex-After Forever), o clipe foi dirigido por Patric Ullaeus, da Revolver Film Company (Dimmu Borgir, Lacuna Coil, In Flames, Europe, Sonic Syndicate e Kamelot, ente outros).
Além de Floor e do próprio idealizador do projeto, o guitarrista finlandês Timo Tolkki (ex-Stratovarius, Revolution Renaissance, Symfonia), a lista de músicos envolvidos no disco traz:
